In 2019, JacksonStone & Partners became part of the Accordant Group, which has grown to become New Zealand’s largest recruitment company and only staffing provider listed on the NZX. The Accordant Group comprises five trading entities; JacksonStone & Partners, Absolute ITAWFHobson Leavy, and Madison; with capability spanning all aspects of commercial and industrial recruitment services, including permanent, temporary and contractor assignments. The Group employs close to hundreds of full-time staff across 19 towns and cities, and the Group’s geographical reach and network are unmatched in New Zealand.

Whilst our businesses are best known for traditional recruitment services, our capability has expanded to provide staffing solutions designed to deliver specific outcomes such as change management programmes, onboarding and training, full executive search, executive sourcing, and recruitment services.

Delivering social impact

The Work Collective is an Accordant Group employment initiative that delivers social impact by connecting employers, employment support organisations and our group businesses to provide meaningful work opportunities for those who face barriers to employment.

The Work Collective’s initiatives are to empower individuals, foster diversity and inclusion, deliver measurable social impact within communities, and offer unique social procurement solutions to achieve impactful supply chain spending.

Our contribution to the communities in which we live and work is very important to us. Community Engagement

We proudly support a wide range of charitable, not-for-profit, arts and community organisations. These include Wellington Free Ambulance, IHC, National Council of Women of New Zealand, Tāwhiri the Aotearoa New Zealand Festival of the Arts, Community Comms Collective, Footnote New Zealand Dance, Ngā Manu Nature Reserve and others. Our support ranges from financial donations and fundraising activities, to volunteering our time and more.
