Commercial Accountant

Our client’s mission is to create a lasting positive change in the community, and therefore we are looking for a skilled Commercial Accountant to help work with a range of businesses to achieve their financial goals while ensuring transparency and accountability.
 
Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Accounting – maintain accurate financial records and prepare detailed financial reports to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Management Accounting – develop and monitor budgets, perform cost analysis, and provide insights to enhance financial performance and decision-making processes.
  • Writing business cases – write compelling business cases to support strategic initiatives, and operational improvements.
  • Stakeholder engagement – communicate financial information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.

 
To be successful you will:

  • Be CA qualified (or similar).
  • Have at least 5 years’ experience, and ideally come from a public practice background.
  • You will be a strong communicator and be comfortable presenting at a senior level.
  • You will also have the ability to develop and foster strong relationships both internally and externally.
