Senior Employee Relations Advisor

Our client is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Advisor who will provide expert advice and guidance on employment relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances and conflict resolution. You will support and guide managers to successful resolutions with HR, employment and industrial relations matters. You will provide relevant, accurate and expert advice on performance management, employee/union relations, employment law, and organisational change. 
 
Reporting to the National Employee Relations Manager, you will assist with the preparation of collective bargaining negotiations.  You will need to be a strong communicator and able to demonstrate strong leadership with the ability to effectively influence, gain credibility and partner with the business managers.  Ideally, you will be a very good writer, presenter, who is a self-starter and knows how to get things done. 
 
It is essential that you have up-to-date knowledge of employment law, together with relevant practical experience in providing professional quality advice across all employment relations matters. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working both operationally and strategically in a complex employment environment with experience and knowledge of employment relations.
