Kaupapa Māori Team Administration Executive

  • Provide high quality support to our kaupapa Māori team
  • Work in a supportive and caring environment
  • Based in Wellington CBD

The role

You will play a critical role in supporting our Kaupapa Māori team to provide exceptional recruitment services while honouring the values and needs of both candidates and clients through a Māori-centric approach.
Specific duties include:

  • Scheduling meetings
  • Typing up reference checks and candidate profiles
  • Updating the database
  • Liaising with candidates and clients
  • Provide backup support to the administration team
  • Assisting with client/candidate events

 
Requirements

  • An understanding of te ao Māori me ōna tikanga is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in te reo Māori is an advantage but not essential.
  • Professional attitude
  • High attention to detail
