Property Administrator

We are seeking three experienced commercial property administrators. These are a six month contracts, with full-time hours. Roles are available in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington or Christchurch.
As a Property Administrator, you’ll have an eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Working in partnership with property specialists you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client’s commercial property leasing and land management teams.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Verifying and processing invoices.
- Maintaining and updating property and land records.
- Searching land titles.
- Proactively following up on approvals.
- Researching and gathering information.
To apply for these roles you must have:
- Experience in commercial property administration
- Proficiency using Landonline
- The ability to interpret and analyse complex commercial property information
- An understanding of land titles
- Strong attention on detail

- Currently resident in New Zealand
