We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to provide financial insights that support informed decision-making, budgeting, and reporting. Your expertise will help ensure this organisation allocate resources effectively, maximising the impact of its mission.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports and provide analysis to guide decision-making.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial sustainability.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner and partner with teams to drive cost efficiencies while maintaining service quality across the group.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Be involved in process improvements.
• Provide input with the audit process.

 
You’ll bring strong financial expertise and a heart for making a difference. We are looking for someone who is:

• Qualified or part-qualified (CA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Experienced in management accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Comfortable working in a not-for-profit environment.
• A strong communicator, able to translate financial insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Passionate about serving the community and aligned with our values of compassion, faith, and integrity.
