About the Role
We are looking for a capable manager to lead the team and provide financial analysis and data analysis to enable strategic decision-making. You will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely reporting of both financial and non-financial metrics and provide valuable insights that drive business success. This includes enterprise performance monitoring, reporting, data analysis, and data modelling, and financial analysis.
Responsibilities include:
- Data Analysis & Insights – Extract, interpret, and present data to support decision-making and business improvements.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track business success.
- Data Modelling & Design – Design and implement data models to optimize reporting and forecasting processes.
- Collaboration & Strategy – Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to align data insights with business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement – Identify trends and areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
To be successful you will bring:
- Proven experience in performance analysis, data analysis and financial analysis.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and dashboarding.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data modelling techniques.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in developing a high performing team with a focus on continuous improvement.
