Senior HR Analysts

• Part of an HR Change Team

 
Our client is about to undertake change processes in two areas of their organisation. They need experienced HR analysts for each process to:

• Gather and verify data
• Analyse data
• Help with EoI responses and other feedback
• Help with communications
• Draft position descriptions.

 
You will need:

• Expertise in managing and analysing HR data
• Experience working in change processes.
• The ability to draft job descriptions.

 
Starting in the next week, these roles are Wellington based with full-time hours. Fixed term contracts are preferred, but consideration will be given to outstanding candidates seeking hourly rate contracts.
