HR Co-ordinator/Advisors

Our client is about to undertake change processes in two areas of their organisation. They need experienced HR Coordinators/Advisors to:
- Produce template letters, mail merges and other documents
- Arrange meetings and produce minutes
- Help manage Expressions of Interest and other queries
- Help with communications
- Support the change team’s administration needs.
You will need:
- 3-5 years experience working as an HR Coordinator or Advisor
- An understanding of change processes
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
Starting in the next week, these roles are Wellington based with full-time hours. Fixed term contracts are preferred, but consideration will be given to outstanding candidates seeking hourly rate contracts.
