Finance Manager

We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant who wants to step into this Finance Manager position within this well known organisation!

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Improve financial systems and processes.
• Help manage audits, insurance, tax, and reporting.
• Supporting financial systems and process improvements with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Own day-to-day finance operations — AP/AR, bookkeeping, compliance.

You will bring:

• Experience in accounting, audit, or tax (CA/CPA preferred).
• Be detail-oriented, organised, and proactive — able to juggle priorities in a growing business.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and across teams.
