Group Financial Controller

Operating in a fast-paced competitive environment, with complex business and operational drivers, the Group Financial Controller reports directly to the CFO and will lead all financial planning, analysis and monthly and annual reporting for the Group.
 
This also includes working strategically with the operational managers as they plan and forecast and provide in-depth analysis and modelling to support strategy and decision making.
 
Along with being CA qualified, we are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:

• Strong people leadership skills to lead, coach and mentor and build team capability.
• Commercial nous, to quickly grasp the nuances of a competitive sector and provide robust advice and solutions to complex issues.
• Strong relationship and influencing skills and ability to quickly gain the trust of key stakeholders.
• Advanced excel and modelling skills.
• Some travel is required.
