About the role:
 
Working in the financial services sector, your role is to support the executive leadership team and shape the finance business partnering (FBP) functions supporting the business.
 
Responsibilities include:

• Developing an effective business partnering strategy that meets future business needs.
• Building team capability, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Improving the quality of financial planning, reporting and analysis provided to the business.
• Partnering with the executive leadership team to provide strategic advice and insights to support business planning and direction.

To be considered:

• We are seeking a CA, CPA or CIMA qualified manager who demonstrates a depth of FBP leadership experience gained in complex and fluid environments.
• You will demonstrate exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and staff leadership skills, with the ability to build trust and foster an environment of collaboration and engagement.
• Along with being proactive, you will also be an innovative thought leader who can is comfortable bringing new ideas to the table and challenging the status quo
• Any experience gained within the financial services sector will be viewed favourably.
