Lead a high-performing finance function and drive continuous improvement across financial operations.
 
We are working with a leading organisation to recruit a Finance Operations Manager who will play a key role in driving operational excellence and leading a globally connected finance team.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end finance operations including AP, AR, GL, and reporting
  • Oversee and build strong relationships with an offshore finance team
  • Drive process improvements, system integrations, and automation initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, and Operations
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timeliness in all financial transactions
  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor team success
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence

 
Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years in finance operations, including experience with offshore teams
  • Deep knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to manage up and across
  • Proven experience in change management and system implementation
  • A hands-on, detail-oriented approach with a strategic mindset
