Senior Audit Manager

This is an opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role in a respected organisation.
We are working with a high profile organisation seeking an experienced leader to lead their internal audit function. This is a senior strategic role where you will shape the audit programme, influence at board level, and ensure the organisation continues to meet the highest standards of governance and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of auditors and advisors to perform at their best.
- Set and deliver a strategically aligned audit plan.
- Provide independent advice to senior leadership and the board.
- Partner across the organisation to strengthen risk management and operational efficiency.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in audit methodologies.
Key Requirements:
- CA/CPA qualified.
- 10+ years’ experience in audit and risk.
- Proven leadership experience with at least 5+ years in a management position.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to present to executive and board audiences.
- Experienced in navigating complex environments and driving change.
