What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with iwi, hapori Māori, Pasifika communities, and local leaders to co-design impactful health initiatives.
• Leading system change projects that influence policy, practice, and community wellbeing.
• Using evidence and storytelling to influence decision-makers and amplify community voices.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in community-led development, community engagement or public health.
• An understanding of the health system.
• Strong understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
• Experience working with Mana Whenua and hapori Māori.

The role
Based in Lower Hutt this is a fixed term contract until 30 June 2026. The hours are full-time with flexibility to work remotely for 1 or 2 days per week.
