The Head of Business Technology Services is a senior leadership position that connects the business side of the organisation with information and communication technology. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will be responsible for the organisation’s main technology systems and work closely with other executives to deliver improvements and results. You’ll set strategic direction, lead the development of key systems and empower a high-performing team.


 
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in enterprise systems, business technology or IT operations
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering ERP/CRM and complex transformations
  • Track record with ITIL, Agile or other service delivery methodologies
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes
  • Proven ability to lead and empower high-performing, innovative teams
