Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, The Head of Data & Digital is a strategic role that leads the development of data and digital platforms, understands the role of governance in this space and drives adaptive growth through digital innovation. You’ll play a key role in building organisational capability and unlocking enterprise-wide value through data, analytics, and emerging technologies.
 
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven leadership in data, digital transformation, or technology strategy
• Strong knowledge of data governance, privacy and compliance
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Databricks), BI tools, and AI/ML
• Experience leading high-performing teams and complex change programmes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
