UCOL is a leading tertiary education provider focused on practical skills, applied learning and community uplift. We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Chief Executive to establish UCOL as a prominent and innovative vocational training hub. The role involves overseeing all aspects of operations, academic excellence and stakeholder engagement to ensure sustainable growth and high-quality education delivery.

• Set strategic direction for UCOL’s future development.
• Oversee operational, financial, and academic functions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with industry and communities.
• Manage multi-site campuses and staff teams.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and governance.

Candidates should have extensive leadership experience in large public or tertiary organisations, with strong knowledge of New Zealand educational frameworks. Prior experience managing multi-campus operations and navigating organisational change is essential:
