We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute finance leader to join a large, complex organisation in a senior business partnering role on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
 
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead a team of Finance Business Partners, delivering high-quality financial advice, insights, and strategic support to senior leadership stakeholders. This is a pivotal role where you will influence decision-making, drive financial performance, and enable the delivery of organisational priorities.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Finance Business Partners
• Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic financial advice and insights
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Deliver robust monthly management reporting and variance analysis
• Provide financial modelling and support for business cases and strategic initiatives
• Monitor financial performance and risks, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting

 
About You:

• CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualified
• 8+ years’ experience in financial and/or management accounting within a large organisation
• Proven experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and reporting capabilities
• Experience working with complex datasets and translating insights into actions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and partner effectively
• A proactive, adaptable approach with a strong focus on delivery and continuous improvement
