We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a large and complex government organisation, providing financial insight and support to senior leaders across a diverse portfolio.
 
Working as a trusted advisor, you will deliver high-quality financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting support, business case development, and strategic advice to inform decision-making. You will help leaders understand financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure resources are effectively managed.
 
Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide financial advice and challenge
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Preparing and presenting financial analysis and reporting
  • Contributing to business cases, investment proposals, and strategic initiatives
  • Identifying financial risks and opportunities and recommending solutions
  • Building strong working relationships across the organisation

 
You will bring:

  • CA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven Finance Business Partner experience within a large or complex organisation
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience developing budgets, forecasts, and business cases
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong reporting capability
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
