We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a large, complex organisation and play a key role in supporting senior leaders to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
 
In this role, you will provide trusted financial advice, insights, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modelling to executive leaders and their teams. You will partner closely with stakeholders to drive informed decision-making, build financial capability, and ensure effective management of resources. The position also includes leading a small team of management accountants. 
 
About you:

• Chartered Accountant (CAANZ or equivalent) with a relevant tertiary qualification
• Experience in business partnering within a complex organisation
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
• Proven experience influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated people leadership and coaching experience
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management skills
