Property Administrator

  • 6 month hourly rate contract
  • Based in Christchurch (preferred) or Auckland

We’re looking for an experienced Property Administrator to work in partnership with property specialists who manage diverse portfolios of leased commercial properties. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and gather property information.
  • Maintain property and land records.
  • Search land titles and update records.
  • Follow up on approvals and requests.
  • Verify and process invoices.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in property administration, gained working for public sector organisations or large businesses.
  • An understanding of commercial leases.
  • The ability to interpret and analyse complex commercial property information.
  • An understanding of land titles.
  • Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
  • Proficiency using Landonline.
  • Experience working in the New Zealand public sector will be an advantage.

This is an hourly rate contract, starting asap for 6 months. The hours are full-time. 

Christchurch is the preferred location, but you could also be based in Auckland with the option to work on the North Shore or in Grafton.

As this is a contracting role, to be considered you must currently be residing in New Zealand, eligible to work in New Zealand and able to start work within 1-2 weeks.
