Annalee ensures that both clients and candidates are recognised and celebrated for their cultural identity, and that inclusivity and manaakitanga is shown throughout the recruitment process. Having navigated both the Māori and corporate worlds, Annalee brings a unique range of perspectives to her role. She continues to amplify and strengthen her relationships and connections, maintaining extensive networks and helping employers understand and integrate a Te Ao Māori perspective into their recruitment process.

Outside of her time in the Wellington office where she supports candidates and clients across the motu, Annalee lives in Marlborough with her husband and two boys. She continues to study Te Ao Māori through wānanga and various learning institutions.
