Sean Brunner joined JacksonStone & Partners in November 2024. He brings a background characterised by extensive executive search and professional recruitment experience, and a successful track-record delivering high quality outcomes for clients. Sean joins Andrew Watson in leading JacksonStone’s team of highly experienced consultants.

Before joining JacksonStone & Partners, Sean established and owned a boutique executive recruitment firm, and prior to this was a Director for a large multi-national recruitment firm. With more than 20 years’ experience in the executive search and recruitment industry, Sean’s breadth of experience spans leadership and general management, consulting, and relationship management roles in Wellington, Auckland, Melbourne, and London.

Sean has partnered with organisations to deliver a wide range of leadership appointments across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, which have required significant engagement with key stakeholders across each client’s organisation, including senior management, board, and advisory group members. Sean holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business from Auckland University and a Master of Science in International Business Administration from the University of London.
