Established in 2013, the business has evolved from a pure advisory firm into a leader in capital raising, debt restructuring, and funds management.
With approximately $500 million under management across multiple forestry investment vehicles, Lewis Tucker continues to grow, creating a need for additional analytical expertise to support its growing operations.
About the Role
You’ll join a high-performing team, contributing to investment banking, commercial advisory, and funds management projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in evaluating investment opportunities, supporting capital raising and debt structuring transactions, providing a range of corporate finance advice and supporting the management of the forestry investment funds.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed research and analysis to support key projects.
- Managing transaction workflows, including document preparation and data-room oversight.
- Building and refining financial models to drive decision-making.
- Preparing information memorandums, board reports, business plans, and other critical documentation.
- Assisting with portfolio management, due diligence, land acquisition, and divestment activities.
This is a role that demands professionalism, initiative, and a commitment to upholding Lewis Tucker’s strong reputation in the market. You’ll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and industry specialists, gaining valuable exposure and insight.
We’re looking for someone with the following:
- A tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or economics.
- 3-6 years’ experience ideally from a Big4, funds management, corporate development or investment banking environment.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in financial modelling.
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
This position offers exceptional opportunities for professional growth, equipping you with the skills and experience to take on a significant commercial role within the business. Over time, you’ll develop the expertise to manage and service your own client portfolio.
