Project Manager

  • Supporting a kaupapa Māori transformation programme.
  • A fully remote opportunity for six months.
  • Project manage the implementation of two transformation initiatives to remove financial barriers into education.

We are seeking a highly capable hands-on Project Manager for a fixed-term contract with a values-led organisation delivering meaningful impact across Aotearoa.

This is a hands-on delivery role where the strategy has already been done for you and we are looking for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, coordinating moving parts, and driving outcomes. You’ll lead key initiatives including the launch of a new Equity Fund and improvements to the end-to-end student journey, working closely with stakeholders across a fast-paced change environment.

You’ll thrive here if you bring solid project delivery experience (circa 3+ years or early-career consulting background), strong organisational skills, and a proactive, “roll up your sleeves” mindset. Comfort working in lean teams and using AI tools to enhance productivity will set you apart.

Just as important is an understanding of, or genuine openness to learning about, Kaupapa Māori and te ao Māori principles.
