As a Recruitment Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role supporting consultants to deliver exceptional outcomes for both clients and candidates. This is a varied, fast-paced position where your attention to detail, organisation, and professionalism will be highly valued.

You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activity end-to-end, including:

  • Managing job advertisements 
  • Preparing high-quality client and candidate documentation
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Maintaining accurate systems and records

You’ll also act as a key point of contact, ensuring all interactions reflect the high standards of our brand, and contribute to a seamless office experience and client events.

We are looking for a proactive, polished professional with strong administration experience, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
