Internal and Change Communications Advisor
- Part time, hourly rate contract until February 2027.
- Work on a change piece to enable organisational delivery.
- Support a great project team implement a new IT database.
I am currently recruiting for a part time (18 hours) hourly rate contract with a central government client, to support the internal communications supporting an IT change project. This role will contribute towards designing and implementing user centred communications to support management policies and best practice.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with:
- Explicit experience in either internal communications or change communications,
- An ability to engage across a wide ranging workforce and develop meaningful relationships,
- Experience communicating new ways of working,
- A capability to craft communications as a project is being delivered,
- It is advantageous to have experience communicating an IT change project, such as an information management system or database.

Start date: As soon as possible
End date: End of February 2027
Hourly Rate: $90-$105ph
