About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic CEO to provide strategic and operational leadership, working closely with the Board and clinical teams to deliver outstanding healthcare services. You will ensure the organisation remains responsive to the evolving healthcare environment, regulatory requirements, emerging technologies and community health needs.

The successful candidate will not only manage the business but actively position The Palms for future growth and long-term success.
 
Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution.
• Drive organisational growth and service expansion.
• Ensure clinical governance and quality care.
• Manage operational performance and compliance.
• Foster stakeholder relationships and community engagement.

Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will demonstrate senior leadership experience within complex service organisations, this does not necessarily have to be in healthcare.

Essential skills will include strategic planning, financial management, compliance, and leadership excellence.

Experience in system transformation, and working with multidisciplinary teams is highly desirable, along with a strong commitment to equity and high-quality service delivery.
