We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-regarded organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, leading people, and contributing to business performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team of two.
- Providing financial reporting, analysis, and insights to support decision-making.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Partnering with both finance and non-finance teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
About you:
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager, Senior Finance Business Partner, or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Prior people leadership experience and a collaborative leadership style.
- Technically strong, with the ability to translate financial information into practical business insights.
- Proactive and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
