We are seeking a dynamic Ministerial Services Manager to oversee the organisation’s ministerial accountability, reporting, and stakeholder engagement activities.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who is strategic yet hands-on to manage ministerial services and accountability functions, support stakeholder relationships, and contribute to organisational outcomes within a small, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ministerial accountability and performance reporting.
  • Support engagement with government offices and key stakeholders.
  • Manage a portfolio of accountability documents and inquiries.
  • Provide advice and guidance to internal teams on compliance and reporting.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and cultural awareness within the team.

Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and proven experience in managing accountability, planning, and reporting functions in a government or Crown environment.

You will also bring a combination of the following skills;

  • Strong understanding of governmental protocols and parliamentary systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Ability to provide strategic advice to senior leaders and boards.
  • Demonstrated commitment to organizational values and cultural competency.
