We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Management Accountant to join a high-performing finance team within a large, complex organisation.
Reporting into a senior finance leader, you will provide critical financial support across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. You will work closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights that support operational and strategic outcomes.
You will also have the opportunity to build broad organisational knowledge by working across different business areas over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis and performance tracking
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Develop cost models and contribute to project and investment analysis
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance financial understanding and accountability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and reporting tools
You will bring:
- Qualfied Chartered Accountant (or equivalent)
- At least 3+ years’ experience in BAS, audit, management accounting or finance role
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- Experience working in a large or complex organisation (preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn
