Financial/Management Accountant

A well-established organisation is seeking an Accountant to join its finance team.
 
This role offers a mix of operational and strategic responsibilities, with flexible working arrangements available.
 
In this role, you will take ownership of core finance functions including reporting, budgeting, financial analysis and payroll.
 
Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Lead preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and assist with audit processes
  • Provide support and guidance within the finance function
  • Provide financial insights to support organisational decision-making and reporting requirements
  • Maintain and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls
  • Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

 
You will bring:

  • Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting (CA or CPA preferred)
  • Confident communicator, able to present financial information clearly
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Sound judgement and a proactive approach
