Recruitment Coordinator

In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting consultants to deliver exceptional outcomes for both clients and candidates. This is a varied position where you’ll build strong coordination skills and develop your career in a professional services environment.
You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activity across a range of assignments, including:
- Managing job advertisements and candidate communications
- Preparing high-quality client and candidate documentation, proposals, and presentation materials
- Coordinating interviews and related logistics
- Maintaining accurate systems, records, and reporting
- Supporting marketing initiatives, LinkedIn activity, and client events
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Acting as a welcoming point of contact for clients and candidates
You’ll help ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of our business while contributing to a seamless experience for clients, candidates, and colleagues alike.
We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a professional approach. This role would suit someone with at least two years’ experience in a professional office environment who is looking to broaden their coordination, administration, and stakeholder management skills.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
- A collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to learn
- The ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of people
- Experience using Canva or similar design tools would be an advantage
